Ballast cleaning equipment

SHCHOM-1200PU 

The ballast cleaning machine SHCHOM-1200PU is designed for deep cleaning of crushed stone ballast from litter on open lines and  yard tracks with removal of  litter into a special train formation, consolidation of the cut surface before laying geotextile and putting the cleaned ballast in layers under the track skeleton and also for cutting out ballast (without cleaning).

SHCHOM-6U SHCHOM-6U is designed for deep cutting out and cleaning of ballast on turnouts, open lines and yard tracks (also by high platforms), gauge 1,520 mm, wooden and reinforced concrete sleepers and rails P50, P65 and P75  in medium repairs and major overhauls. The machine operates coupled with traction units P-630 or EU-630.

Ditch and trench cutting equipment

 

MKT is designed for earth-moving operations in all kinds of repair, reconstruction and construction of drainage arrangements of the railway track with loading the excavated ballast into a train formation for removal of litter coupled with the machine MKT or into a train formation on the adjacent track. The machine MKT operates coupled with  traction units P-630 or EU-630.

-500 MKT-500 is designed for cleaning and widening existing ditches, cutting new ditches, recovery of shoulders and slopes of the railway formation, producing transverse trenches in the rotor operating zone and longitudinal trenches, grading the ballast section with loading the excavated
material into a train formation for removal of litter or into waste.

VPO-3-3000 

VPO - 3 - 3000 is designed for recovery of the geometry and operational features of the railway track, its setting up  in the required position in level, profile and plan in all kinds of its repair and construction.
